Here’s the fine print…

Office Hours

The front office is open daily from 5 pm to 10 pm.  For early check-in before 5 pm, please call us at (307)787-3700.  For late check-in after 10 pm, please ring the doorbell on the office door or call the number above.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In time is after 5pm.  Check-Out time is 11am.  Early Check-In is by request only and not guaranteed.  Late Check-Out must be coordinated with the motel and may not be available.  Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in to the motel.

Deposits and Guarantees

There is no deposit necessary to make a reservation. However, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room. We require a credit card number at the time your reservation is made as a guarantee, but will not charge your credit card until your actual stay. In the event you cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline, or you fail to show up on your specified check-in date, the motel will charge your credit card for one room night plus tax, and will then release the room (if additional nights were booked).

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled by 5 pm one day prior (24 hours) to arrival unless otherwise specified when booking. A one night’s room rate plus taxes will be charged for guests who do not cancel their reservation within the motel’s cancellation policy. Peak periods may have additional cancellation restrictions which are stated during the booking process.

Non-smoking Policy

All of our rooms are non-smoking. A fee of $50.00 per night will be charged for smoking in the room.  We also reserve the right to refuse service and/or remove a guest from the room for violation of the non-smoking policy.

Pets

We charge a pet fee of $10 per night per pet, or $50 per week per pet.  The pet fee is non-refundable.  Pets may not be left in the room or outside unattended.  Pets must be well-behaved and must not disturb other guest or the housekeeping staff.  We reserve the right to refuse service and/or charge additional fees for violation of the pet policy.

Additional Guidelines

Payment is expected in advance for all motel stays. We reserve the right to charge replacement and/or repair costs for theft or damage to the room. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.  Room prices and fees may change at any time without notice.
