When we began our company, we were a little unsure on how to price the rooms.  Having traveled before, we knew that most hotels have many different prices for their rooms, depending on room configurations, the time of the year, weekdays vs. weekends, and different rates depending on how you booked the room (walk-in, telephone, internet, etc.).  And then the discounts!  There seems to be a discount for everything: senior discounts, military discounts, AAA discounts, business discounts, internet discounts, trucker discounts, contractor discounts.  In fact, we couldn't think of anyone who wouldn't qualify for one discount or another.  So we decided to keep it very simple - we decided to give the discount to EVERYONE rather than hike up the price and then discount it for those who asked.

Having explained that philosophy, here are our room rates:

Double room (2 queen beds): $65.00 per night or $390.00 per week.

*Single room (1 queen bed): $55.00 per night or $330.00 per week.

*Note: almost all of our rooms are doubles, so single rooms are often not available.

Pet fee: $10.00 per night per pet; $60.00 per week (non-refundable)
